Cambridge City Taxis – Refund Policy

In the event that any payment is to be refunded, Cambridge City Taxis Ltd will issue a refund payment back to the credit/debit card from which the original payment was made within 48hrs of the refund request. Refund requests with an explanation can by emailing: info@cambridgecitytaxis.co.uk

If for any reason, we are unable to make the refund payment back to the originating card for reasons outside Cambridge City Taxis Ltd control, a cheque refund will be made to the named cardholder ONLY.
